Caroline Given

Hi, I’m Caroline Given a licensed therapist providing online therapy for adults in New York and Florida. I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals who are thoughtful, ambitious, and often harder on themselves than anyone else could be. My clients are professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and deep thinkers who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained underneath.

I'm passionate about helping people untangle perfectionism, navigate anxiety and ADHD, move through life transitions, and reconnect with a more grounded, sustainable way of living. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or returning after time away, I offer a collaborative space where insight and action go hand-in-hand.

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida, and my bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida State University, where I also served as a research assistant in the Baumeister/Tice social psychology lab. My clinical training began in an integrated care clinic serving adults with co-occurring medical and mental health concerns, and since then I’ve worked in private practice with individuals navigating everything from career burnout to identity shifts and relationship patterns.

As a therapist and person, I bring a blend of curiosity, structure, and warmth and I’d be honored to support you in building a life that feels like your own.
