Let’s Talk.

I offer individual therapy for adults navigating stress, perfectionism, identity shifts, and burnout. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to help you feel more clear, capable, and connected to yourself.

Some of my specialties include:

  • Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, chronic stress, or the inability to truly rest, anxiety and stress can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and your life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, sort through the noise, and begin feeling more clear, steady, and grounded.

  • You might be brilliant, creative, and highly capable but focus, follow-through, and emotional regulation still feel like a battle. Whether you’ve been diagnosed or just suspect ADHD is in the mix, therapy can help you better understand your brain, manage daily challenges, and rebuild self-trust after years of feeling “lazy” or “scattered.”

  • You’re successful, competent, and constantly pushing yourself—but at what cost? I work with professionals in demanding careers who are tired of over-functioning, self-editing, and never feeling like enough. Together, we’ll challenge the inner critic and reconnect you with a version of success that includes rest, meaning, and joy.

  • You’ve outgrown something—your job, a relationship, or a version of yourself. Transitions like these can be disorienting, even when they’re “good on paper.” Therapy offers a place to explore what’s next with clarity and honesty, especially if you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and navigating big questions around purpose, values, and self-definition.

  • Relationships and dating intentionally in our current landscape can be confusing, painful, or exhausting. Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between, I help clients navigate dating fatigue, conflict patterns, communication issues, and boundary work with clarity and compassion.

  • Do you struggle to manage strong emotions—or feel disconnected altogether? Emotional intensity, reactivity, or numbness can leave you feeling like you can’t trust your own responses. Therapy can help you develop steadiness, increase emotional insight, and move through life with more grounded confidence.

  • I work especially well with sensitive, insight-oriented adults who are building meaningful lives outside of traditional paths. If you’re balancing ambition with anxiety, creativity with perfectionism, therapy can help you make space for both.

  • Whether you’re rethinking your career, dating with more intentionality, or trying therapy for the first time, I help millennials and zillennials build self-awareness and emotional resilience without losing their edge.

  • My practice is fully online, which means I don’t have a physical office. All therapy and coaching sessions are held via secure video.
Online therapy is a great option for people who travel frequently, are immuno-compromised, have busy schedules, or simply prefer to skip the commute/waiting room and meet from the comfort of home.

  • I work individually with adults (18 and older) for both therapy and coaching.
If you’re looking to start therapy, you’ll need to be located in New York or Florida, since those are the states where I’m licensed. If you’re interested in coaching, I can work with you from anywhere in the world—as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Please note: Online therapy is not appropriate if you’re in crisis or experiencing active thoughts of harming yourself or others. If that’s the case, please call 911 or reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

If you’re unsure whether therapy or coaching is the right fit, I’d be happy to talk it through. You can email me or book a consultation to learn more.

  • I don’t accept insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a superbill if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Ask you insurance plan if they offer this as an option.

  • Therapy helps you explore your inner world, heal emotional patterns, and build insight into why you feel or behave the way you do. It’s often focused on deeper emotional work and is provided by a licensed clinician.
Coaching tends to be more future-oriented, goal-driven, and focused on skill-building or action steps. While I offer some coaching-style structure within therapy, our work will always be grounded in clinical training, ethics, and emotional depth.

For more information on the difference between therapy and coaching, you can read my post on this topic.

  • Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. In fact, many of my clients prefer the flexibility, convenience, and sense of comfort that comes with meeting from their own space. For more information on the research on the effectiveness of online therapy, read more here.

  • All video sessions are conducted via a HIPAA compliant and highly secure site. All paperwork is completed through an online portal and stored in a secure online vault. Any online communication via email is also secure and encrypted. For more information regarding the secure online client portal and my encrypted email service, you can visit the Simple Practice ,Doxy, and Hushmail websites.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and schedule. Most clients start with weekly appointments, especially at the beginning, but this depends on what is right for you. As progress is made, we might move to biweekly or another rhythm that fits your needs and schedule.

I work exclusively with adults (ages 18+) located in New York and Florida. If you would like to schedule a longer session, please contact me so I can see how I can accommodate you.

  • Nope. You don’t need to have a diagnosis—or even know exactly what’s wrong—to benefit from therapy. Many of my clients are feeling stuck, anxious, burned out, or just off. Therapy isn’t only helpful for those who struggle with mental illness. Therapy is a space to explore what’s going on and build a life that feels more aligned, whether or not a diagnosis applies.

  • Finding the right therapist is personal—and important. That’s why I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation. We can talk about what you’re hoping for, what I offer, and whether it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure. If I’m not the right person, I’m happy to help guide you in the right direction.

  • I tailor the structure to your personality and goals. Some clients love journaling prompts, worksheets, or in-between session reflections. Others prefer a more open, reflective style. If you thrive with direction, I’ll offer it. If you need space, I’ll honor that too.

    • Find a quiet, private space where you can speak freely without interruption

    • Use headphones for better audio quality and added privacy

    • Have a stable Wi-Fi connection and close other apps or tabs

    • Turn your phone on ‘Do Not Disturb’ or silent and let others know that you will be unavailable during your session time.

    • Consider having water, tissues, or a notebook nearby

    • Give yourself a few minutes after session to decompress or reflect before jumping back into work or life
